Hey TOR fans! I’m excited to announce our new weekly “What’s what” section focusing on our forums! If you haven’t already, please register! We already have a great community going and could use as many members as we can get. This new segment will highlight some of the most popular topics in our forums and cover any community-affected TOR updates. Let’s get started, shall we?
PC Creation:
Forum user cooksey wants to know what fans are looking forward to in the creation and customization of their own Playable Character (PC).While some players are only mildly interested in this part of the TOR experience, other users like JesusIsGonnaOwnSatan are hoping for “as much customization as humanly possible.”
Jumping:
Ah, jumping, the “Pepsi vs Coke” of the RPG world. Some MMORPGs have jumping while others do not. In a game centered around Jedi that can use the force to enable them to jump great distances, shouldn’t including jumping in a Star Wars MMO be a no-brainer? While one particular user, Hallucination, is adamant about playing a Star Wars game that includes jumping, other users, such as Miltiades “don’t care either way. Leave it out. Or not. I really don’t feel like something’s missing when playing games in which you can’t jump.”
Favorite Planets?
Forum regular Sabretooth poses the following question: “What planets do you want included in this game? Where will you set up your base? Which planets do you want to visit?” From Coruscant to Kashyyyk, Nar Shadaaa to Nal hutta. Which planets tickle your fancy the most? Have you ever been courious to explore and live on Dantooine? Perhaps even to have a base on Cloud City! Share your ideas with other fans!
