Korriban

The earliest Sith hail from Korriban, a dusty red world with a harsh environment. At some point in time, Dark Jedi arrived after being expelled from the Jedi Order and interbred with the native Sith. The Sith eventually became very powerful, but during the Great Hyperspace war were defeated and driven into unknown space. The Sith waited, biding their time until they were strong enough and reemerged as a force to be reckoned with.

After being deserted for some time, two Jedi, Revan and Malak, returned to Korriban after the Mandalorian Wars. They attempted to reclaim the Sith’s dominance in the galaxy, but turned on each other and their plans failed.

After thousands of years, the true Sith Empire returned to known space, led by the Sith Emperor to defeat the Republic and the Jedi. The Sith reestablished Korriban as the Sith Academy and began recruiting Dark Jedi to their ranks.
